Question 1

What happens when my AI credits run out?

Accepted Answer

Your device keeps running with your own API keys, or you can top up credits anytime in the ClawBot Console. There's no hardware lock or downgrade.

Question 2

Are AI credits included with the ClawBot hardware?

Accepted Answer

Yes. ClawBot includes $20 in trial StoryClaw credits, valid for 12 months. You can purchase optional AI credits separately whenever you need them.

Question 3

Can I run Windows or Ubuntu on the device?

Accepted Answer

Yes. ClawBot OS is the default, but the SC-01 is fully compatible with Windows 10/11 and most Linux distros.

Question 4

Is my data used to train third-party models?

Accepted Answer

No. All workspace data stays on your device by default. Cloud calls are routed through StoryClaw and never used for upstream training.

Question 5

Do TalentHub agents cost extra?

Accepted Answer

Browsing and most agents are free. Premium agents may charge a one-time install fee or a rev-share — clearly labeled in the marketplace.

Question 6

What's included in international shipping?

Accepted Answer

Free shipping for US and China. International orders may incur local customs duties or taxes upon delivery — those aren't included in the price.
