Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or older if your country sets a higher minimum age. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for everything that happens under your account, and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Tell us promptly at info@3bodylabs.ai if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not share your account or transfer it to anyone else.

3. What the Service includes

The Service lets you bind and configure a ClawBot device, run AI features, and manage your account, credits, and subscription. ClawBot hardware is sold separately and is covered by the sales terms and warranty provided with the purchase, not by these Terms.

We may add, change, or discontinue parts of the Service. Where a change materially reduces functionality you are paying for, we will give you reasonable notice.

4. Credits and subscriptions

AI features consume credits. Credits are a prepaid unit of account for measuring usage of the Service. They are not money, hold no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Credits are granted by your plan or purchased on storyclaw.com. Free and subscription credits expire on the schedule shown in your credit statement. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where the law requires a refund, payments are non-refundable, and any remaining credit balance becomes permanently unusable when you delete your account.

Prices may change. We will give notice before a price change applies to your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe someone's intellectual property, or violate someone's privacy.
• Generate or distribute content that sexually exploits children, incites violence, harasses, or defames.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, credit metering, rate limits, or authentication.
• Probe, scan, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or the devices of others.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written agreement.
• Use the Service to build a competing model or service by systematically extracting outputs.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and may remove content that does. Where practical, we will tell you why.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit to the Service and, as between you and us, of the output generated for you. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, and process that content solely to operate and support the Service, including sending it to model providers to generate a response. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in backups for a limited period.

You are responsible for having the rights necessary to submit your content, and for the content itself.

7. AI output

AI output is generated by statistical models and can be wrong, incomplete, out of date, or misleading. Similar prompts may produce similar output for different users, so output is not guaranteed to be unique. Do not rely on the Service for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing output before you act on it or publish it.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates third parties such as Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in, and third-party AI model providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

9. Termination and account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app (My → Delete Account) or from your account settings on the web. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone: it erases your profile, device bindings, content, and API keys, and cancels any active subscription immediately. You will not be able to sign in again with the same email address, and any remaining credit balance becomes permanently unusable and is not refundable.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would create a security or legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — do survive.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will be accurate. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 Body Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold 3 Body Labs harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and 3 Body Labs consent to venue there. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions of the country where you live.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version. For material changes we will give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
